Oceania Rugby Competitions Manager, Wayne Schuster visited Honiara as a technical delegate for rugby 7s for Sol2023 Pacific Games. His visit is to oversee the facilities purposely allocated for rugby 7s, along with planning and trainings gearing up towards the Games.
