Abstract
Jay Rukumana Makana is a veteran boxer in the Solomon Islands who won his first Gold Medal in the 1981 Mini South Pacific Games held here in Honiara. He is now currently touring the Choiseul Province as an ambassador for the Sol2023 Pacific Games.
